The Equestrian Reserve is a riding school in Alpharetta, GA teaching lessons for students of all ages from beginner to advanced. We are looking for candidates to fill two part-time positions. Potential to go to full time. Also open to those looking for summer jobs! Salary will be reflective of experience level with opportunity for growth. Either position would be ideal for a responsible adult looking for a part-time job with availability on some weekday afternoons and/or evenings/weekends.
Role One: Beginning Riding Assistant Instructor/Office Assistant Responsibilities will include instructing beginner lessons and various office tasks. On-the-job training and support from current staff will set candidate up for success in this position.
Preferred Qualifications: motivated, willing to learn, previous riding experience a plus, working with children, instructing and/or teaching experience preferred but not required
Role Two: Riding Instructor Position could vary depending on the candidate. Potential roles are as follows – if one of the below would be the right fit for you, please apply!
· paid internship/working student opportunity for those looking to learn/grow within the industry
· instructor for those with some level of instructional experience
· lead instructor for those with more extensive showing/knowledge of AQHA/training experience
Responsibilities may include: year round lessons and summer camp instruction, coaching at shows (local and/or AQHA Novice Level), horse care and related tasks, office management tasks,
Support to parents/riders. May also include working with and acclimating horses new to our program for right candidate.

About The Equestrian Reserve: The Equestrian Reserve teaches AQHA style all around: English Hunt Seat, Equitation and Hunter Hack Western Performance: Showmanship, Horsemanship and Trail.
